Am I addicted to my smartphone? My answer is not at all. A lot of kids my age spend a lot of time on smartphone and similar devices, don’t get me wrong I spend a lot of time on mine too, but in a lot of ways I kind of resent my smart phone. I’ve gone multiple days without being on my phone, the best example would be my most recent vacation. I had no cell phone reception therefor making my phone useless, I didn’t use it for about 5 days, it may have been the most relaxing 5 days of my life. Not being on my phone takes a lot of my daily stress away, for this reason not only am I not addicted to my smartphone I almost wish I didn’t have one.
Everyone should do this on vacation.
